ProMo Cymru are now in possession of the keys for the EVI building and the project is moving towards the delivery phase.

The builders are due to commence work on Phase 1 of the redevelopment any day now.

Scheduled works should take between 6 > 8 weeks and we hope to have a presence in the building by July.
