We are happy to inform everyone that the internal works being carried out to the EVI are now back on track.

The asbestos removal on the ground floor is underway and should be finished by the end of this week (5th October). The Contractors Caswell, have also confirmed a date to remove the first floor asbestos. This is planned for the 14-16th October.

We then intend to resume the building work and develop the phase one re-development directly into phase two, with the ground floor of the building hopefully being open in early December.
