Open initially at events and to users of the creative enterprise, the Café will in the second stage be open to the general public offering healthy snacks and meals with WIFI Internet access.

The video-editing suite will in the first stage comprise of an Apple G5 and 19- inch screen running Final Cut Studio and Adobe Premier, with access to video cameras of varying qualities. During the EVI’s first stage of re-development, the Recording Studio/Training Suite will house an Apple Mac G5, running Pro Tools and Logic 8 as its main recording platforms. Two purpose built rehearsal studios and a dance suite will provide quality space in which local artists can rehearse and hone their skills in a central and well appointed location. This will cater for Music, Drama, Dance and Workshops of various kinds.
